How Do We Collect and Use Your Information?
From directly End Users: Lookfor enables end users to obtain information about the products and services of subscribers to Application or Website Providers through its product. During interactions with our product, even if users disclose personal information, lookfor collects and processes this information in a manner that cannot be directly linked to individual identities. lookfor acquires information in a way that does not associate it with specific individuals, thus not constituting personal data processing under the GDPR. For instance, even if users provide their personal information while placing an order or making an inquiry through our service, lookfor can only access and review the content of the information without being able to ascertain its ownership. Consequently, Lookfor does not have direct access to personal data that could identify users.
From App / Websites Providers: In addition, we access or receive information about end users' interactions with App Providers' applications and devices. This includes, but is not limited to, actions taken, services opened, events sent to the background, transactions performed by end users, IP addresses, and access dates, times and locations associated with actions taken on the App Providers' websites and mobile applications. We collect purchase history, order details (items purchased, amount paid, shipping and billing addresses), and the form of payment. Please ensure that you read, understand and accept the privacy policy and any terms and conditions of use of the App Provider using the Company Service. By using our Service, you expressly release Company from any liability arising from your use of the App Provider's service. We analyze and use this information to provide and improve the Company Service. Company collects information under the direction of our App Providers and has no direct relationship with the end users whose personal information it processes. If you are a customer of one of our App Providers and no longer wish to be contacted by one of our App Providers using the Company Service, please contact the App Provider directly.
Why Do We Process Your Information?

For example, if you are an end user of an App/Website Provider, we may collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and residential address. This information is retained until the termination of our service agreement with the App/Website Provider. Upon the conclusion of our contractual relationship, we will delete the relevant data.
Legal and Law Enforcement: We may disclose personal data without providing further notice to you if required by law, or if in the reasonable judgment of lookfor, such disclosure is necessary to:
Investigate, prevent, or take action regarding unlawful activities, suspected fraud, or potential threats to the physical or online security of any individual
Enforce or apply the terms of our agreements, protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or third parties
Establish, exercise, or defend against legal claims, which may include disclosing personal data to litigants or other related parties and their legal counsel.
